PGM Batman 200 - circa 1968 3 3

I don’t have this in hand yet, on the way. One of the first Neil Adams Batman. Opinions seem to vary on the first. This one is in the conversation. 
You can find the flaws easy enough. How do these flaws affect grade for an otherwise great 54 year old book?

Seems to me like the 2 pieces out of the bottom edge and the thing around Robin's knee have you around 5.0  as a max. Since it looks pretty good otherwise, I'll say 4.5/5.0

At distance, it looks 6.5 (8.0 after C&P).

At close up, with two chips out, 5.0/5.5 (maybe 6.0 after C&P).
