Things I learned. I'm way, way harsher about water damage than CGC is!

Regardless, thanks for running this, Mike. A couple of total misses knocked me down into the scrub ranks, but look forward to next time all the same.

I'll leave you guys with this one last bit of info from Matt Nelson.  "I am the one that picks out the books.  Choosing ones that show all the relevant defects on the cover so they show up in scans. I also try to choose cool books and a good mix of grades.  Also, our high value team grades them and I finalize them."
