Comixroc
So, this VOB was a 9.8 which I cracked and sent out for the signing. Somewhere along the line, the book took damage. Likely from being mishandled. I am trying to salvage the book. My first choice is a re-sub to CGC for press and regrade. Can it get to a 9.6? I took pics of the only damage I can see. What say you guys?
scburdet
hard to evaluate in the holder, but I lean no. 9.2 seems about right with those dings. These don't look very fixable Comixroc and Raze 1
ROBTOTHEC
Even with a press you cannot eliminate a color breaking crease. I would never be OK with a cbc getting a 9.6, IMHO... Comixroc and Raze 1
MrRoboto
No, not 9.6. Max 9.2. 1990 book. The spine length crease keeps it at 9.6. The ticks take it down to 9.2 imo. Raze and Comixroc 1
Golden Pete
maybe 9.4 with a c&p after crack, but cgc is getting tough these days so it could be very well possible they could take it down to a 9.0 too Comixroc and Will96 1
Golden Pete
I think the current 9.2 on this one is pretty warranted and definitely will not get a 9.8 or a 9.6 on re-submit even with a c&p because those ticks are very much color breaking , my friend. grendelbo
It probably would not grade above 9.4. Thanks for posting. Comixroc

Nilo2
I agree with others. 9.2 is the ceiling for this copy.
