I would like to get an estimate on the grade as is, and if possible what I can get after a cleaning/press.

I'd call it a 5.0/5.5 but I'm not sure a C&P will get it any higher.

6.0 as a ceiling. Seems like some moderate tanning, which isn't going to be fixable. The spine stress marks break color, so pressing is mostly going to make it look a little better IMO

Agree. Chipping along back cover, lots of tanning, inner pages dirt I think.

+1. I'm about in the same camp with the grade. Pressing is not a cure all. Put it in a Mylite and enjoy it.

The Answer is: 5.0 as is.  A C&P might get you to a 5.5.  There's a lot going on that really can't be fixed.
