So this is in a pgx casing, there was never a press/ clean. I got this for about 40$ cad a few months ago and I was wondering if you guys think it would be worth sending into cgc. 

Also, any cuts or tears you see are actually on the casing not the comic. Not really sure what cgc would grade this, I think about a c&p a 8.5?

I'd be worried that the staple impressions would get dinged below what you want. I can't tell what the darkness is around the staples, could it be rust?

I'm not so sure about your book,,,,, the back does look dirty,,,and the staples are an issue,,,, I think you may get a 7.5 if the C&P  is all it's cracked up to be,,,,good luck!

I can't grade this book inside the case.  PGX is infamous for missing any restorations or significant defects.  If I were you, I would be happy to crack the case and find it out anything significant inside and out.
