The big line in Sue Storms hair and on Mr Fantastics arm isn't a crease. It's a plastic comic cover. Sorry.

 

Please grade me.

Probably not the best condition.

Also, should I bother to even get it graded or sell it raw?

9.0 -9.2. Have it graded after a C&P too. Helps to minimise any damage to a raw book and reatain its value.

How much do you think I should sell this book for/get for it in it's current condition?

Will people still want to buy a 9.0 - 9.2 of this version?

I am a bad person to ask, bc I think UF4 is ridiculously overated. With the price of comics trending down I would sell it ASAP.
