Fantastic Four #247...not an older book or key but looking for how this would be graded with the cover, upper right-edge defect, and bottom right-edge cover defect amongst any thing else note-worthy.

8.5±0.5. Seems like some creasing on both corners

8.5-9.0. Cool cover.

Still looks good for 8.0 or 8.5 given those appear to be the only defects on a bright clean copy.
