As a collector of GA crossovers in SA books (see Flash 123, 129; JLA 21, 22, etc.), that is one book I'm after. However, I'm trying to find the best copy I can find in the $100-$150 range.

There is NO way that copy is NM.. a lot of dirt on the back cover and one tiny corner crease in the upper right corner on the front cover makes it a 9.0 at MOST

True, and creases are clearly visible on the backcover along the spine too.
