top edge is roughed up, 7.0/7.5. I can't quite see an 8.0. There are websites like gocollect that track FMV or look at recent ebay sales for the issue in similar condition.

Go to eBay sold listings for ASM 252 to get the entire idea of highs and lows

I'd give it 8.0/8.5, that a press might help it above that, but that is "slabbed" so you can check ebay sold and then subtract the cost to grade, which for a modern is about $40 all in on one book but perhaps a little more or less depending on if you pay for a press

all I see is "ruffles at the top", which can be 8.0 or 8.5, but they break color and have tears, so others may be correct in in 7.0/7.5  

A press may "help" but typically it doesn't when the tears or creases, "break color"

For my own collection I wouldn't call any higher than 6.5 but I am a harsh grader. A raw 6.5 is $145 on mycomicshop (their own stock not an overpriced consigned item. A 7.5 is $160 again, their own stock.)
