Rise of Apocalypse #1 -  Marvel Interactive Variant
 

Does anyone know what the difference is between the standard version and the variant?  Can you post an example?  I can’t find any information online.

I was able to track down a copy of Rise of Apocalypse #1 Interactive Edition. There are more differences than just the back cover. Most of the interior advertisements are also different. I've included below some photos of the Direct Edition and Marvel Interactive Edition. In the photos, the Direct Edition is on the left or top, and the Marvel Interactive Edition is on the right or bottom.

Does anyone have a list of Marvel Interactive Editions?

Yes I always check the back cover really only way to know unless you open it up.

So this is actually a special edition reprint and not a variant? Good to know.

I think it's a different edition. I don't know if variant really applies because of all the differences. I'm fairly sure that there are other Marvel Interactive editions, but I don't have a list of them.
