I was hoping to be able to fill out a form before hand and have it ready to go before the show. I am not seeing an option for that, and was wondering if that is possible, or do I need to do everything there in person? austinhg Posted January 16, 2023 Share Posted January 16, 2023 If you don't have a form on you, I'd suggest trying to take a few extras when you're at the show for the future. You can also try to contact CGC and see if they'll send you some, but I've never had any luck getting CGC to send me signature series forms.
