Neither book should be cleaned or pressed - they're not in good enough condition to benefit from the process in any way, and would likely disintegrate regardless.

The first book I would guess at 0.5, the second 1.0 - but I admittedly don't have a tonne of experience in this grade range.

Re-attaching the staple will get you a purple label.

One benefit to having the book cleaned + pressed + CGC encapsulated is it helps to sell it.

I had a similar copy ungraded that sat on my show wall for years but once it was graded it sold at the very first show it was displayed at.
