Okay.. so a risky one. The book looks great but I am concerned about staple rust. It doesn't appear to effect the pages as I'm seeing. I do not know if this is actually rust, i have never encountered rust before so need some opinions and what grade I could expect on this.

Not sure how bad they ding you on the staples, but I am going to err on the side of caution and say 8.5. Slabbed it will present like a mid 9.

You've got a couple of corners, TLFC & TLBC that are less than perfect. The staples look like there's some rust. The book says rust that hasn't transferred to paper lowers the ceiling to 9.0/9.2. Add the corners & I believe your limit is more like 8.0/8.5.

A case of looking much nicer than the grade. I think this would come out 6.5 due in large part to that rust. Sorry to say!
