Just the two largest color breaking creases look like they'd measure 6", so with the smattering of other smaller defects like the spine splitting at the corner & staple impressions in the cover, I'd go with 5.0±0.5

I'm hoping for a 6.0, I've seen much worse in 5.5 so that's all I base that off of. I think a press could help lots. Eitherway I'm sending this in!

Those creases are too big, I'm thining in the 5.0 range too. Press might help some.
