The guy listed his undercopy assuming he'd win the 2nd book. He bid and bid and bid and didn't win the 2nd book and the undercopy was quickly taken down. =)

I've done exactly that for recent HG variant copies that I wanted. See a 9.4 I like for $200, put up my 9.2 for $150BIN with best offer option open, then accept best offer to help fund $200 purchase

 

Risky now that I see the item I want could have been taken down but not usually an issue with known sellers or people I deal with.

My mind still boggles that someone would pay $150+ for a Sgt.Fury #82 - no matter how high it grades.
