This is a technically nice copy of this comic, but the front cover is faded.

I'm curious as to how much you will downgrade it for the fade.

Flat, Glossy, nice Spine, gorgeous interior pages (white?)

I'm shooting in the dark a little here but maybe 4.5 max but more likely a 4.0 on an otherwise nice copy. Isn't it often the way that a really nice book has some fatal flaw! Seen it time and again myself.

Fading is hard to grade. I'd call it moderate fading and it appears to affect only half the cover or so.

5.5 thereabouts.

Since I bought the book, I'll tell you want CGC put in print. Heavy fade will fall between 4.0 & 5.0, and moderate between 5.5 & 7.5. Looking at the images provided (Hulk 181 is used for a lot of samples in the book FWIW), the top 2/3 look closest to the heavy fade, and the bottom 1/3 looks more like moderate. Based on that, I think 5.0 is where it would come down all else being equal, on the high end of the heavy fade range.
