Why does CGC insist upon using Federal express with signature confirmation,  without giving the option to use USPS for return shipping? Unlike most of CGC's customers, I'm guessing, I actually work over 40 hours a week for a living, and cannot be home during the day. Fed Ex in my area also only SOMETIMES delivers on Sundays. 

 

The situation alone is continously aggravating,  and increasingly causing me to reconsider my grading options due to this short-sighted stubbornness on CGCs part. I continously await for shipments as I attempt to move my schedule around just to recieve orders. This is entirely unacceptable as we pay good money for this service.

Hello @IhsantheCursed, thank you for contacting CGC Trading cards. The change to use FedEx exclusively was made back on 07/06/22, if you'd like to read more about the reasons we decided to make the change, please kindly visit HERE. With that said, there are other options you have to receive your package back. You may place a shipping account on file for either UPS or USPS, and we will ship under that account. Alternatively, many customers have their package shipped to a FedEx Pick-Up center so they can pickup their order at their leisure. Kindly keep in mind that our restrictions are genuinely in place for the security of your package.

It's just a bit inconvenient to me. I love yalls service, and maybe I was a bit frustrated at the time I originally wrote this question, but honestly guys,  usps has never steered me wrong.
