Verify CGC Certification - Getting invalid value. 0

I had sold a book MOON KNIGHT 1 CGC 9.8 with Cert number 4028224006 but it is coming back invalid.  They buyer is asking if this is a fake book.  I did send in a email request but figure I ask here also?  Is it possible that it was just never put in the DB?  If so how could that be resolved?
