Not sure what caused these punch outs put they run through the entire book. The cover, first page, and back cover are the only pages with the little punch missing completely, other than that, the punch are made but the pieces are still attached to the pages so you can still read it.

Trying to determine if it's even worth sending in for grading. Thanks!

I think you're looking at no better than a 3.0 & I'll offer 2.5 as my official guess. If that's correct, it looks to me like the FMV would be <$250, maybe $200. Grading fee plus round trip shipping around $75, maybe as low $35 if you can hand it to a authorized dealer. Probably 6 months at best turnaround. There's no hard & fast rule as it depends on what you plan to do with it. I have my doubts you'd get much ROI if grade/sell was your plan. Personal collection is a personal choice.
