Prescreen reject question 0

I am curious if cgc refunds the prescreen rejects since payment for grading is made up-front. Thanks for any further info!

Hello @Sean R, thank you for contacting CGC. We do not charge you until your order is in-house. For pre-screening in particular, we do not charge you until after grading has been completed, so we can adjust your bill accordingly.
