Help me put a down payment on a farm! Selling my whole GA/PCH collection

So I've come to the difficult decision that the time has come to part with the vast majority of my collection.  I've wanted to move out of the 'burbs for a long time and back to the country and I finally decided to pull the trigger.  Now I need cash for a down payment.  There are going to be some big and rare books in here so break out those wallets and help me with my dream!

 

Here's the rules:

1. Returns accepted on raw books only, unless a CGC case shows up cracked or something then we'll work that out. 

2. Paypal, check, Zelle, bank transfer accepted.  Shipping is included in listed prices.  I'm willing to do timed payments, but I can really only give about 30 days right now due to actually needing the funds!

3. First "take" in the thread takes the book and trumps any PM discussions

 

I'm going to be listing these in batches.  A few now, some more tonight, then some more over the next day or two.  Just really depends on how long it takes me to get everything photographed and priced.

 

But enough rambling, here come the goods!
