It mostly looks good from the front, but I’m feeling I might have overspent on it given the condition 

With all these imperfections and defect it doesn’t look like it could be anything over a 7.0, even if that cover could improve greats after a C&P

Or is even 7.0 wishful thinking 😥?

The staining on the back definitely sets the ceiling. I think it will be more presentable with pressing, but would still score a 5.5 b/c those stains don't look cleanable
