At what point does OA become something else? 1 1

Today I came across an auction for a modern page of inks over blue lines. The original page had no word balloons or sound effects, as they were later added digitally. The seller of this page, however, had printed out the word balloons and sound effects and physically attached them to the page in a facsimile of the published page. I give the seller credit, he admitted it. But what do you call OA which is "enhanced" in this manner? Is it still OA? I've heard of amateur inking touch-ups and adding missing stats, but this is something else altogether.
