Star Wars Old Republic, Thoughts on damage? 2 2

Books looks pretty solid, has some damage at bottom right corner. How bad could that drop a grade?

Is it just the cover that's affected? Or does it go through to any interior pages? (Might even be production related???)

It’s only the front, I don’t think it’s production related. Could be wrong though

Looks like a tear with the possibility of a piece coming off. Maybe a 2nd small tear below. I'd say 9.2 ceiling and I'd guess 9.0 b/c this is a newer book and CGC seems to have less tolerance for damage when the book is from later eras
