I may be in the minority, but UPS has always been good to me. Having a major hub here may help, I'm not sure. UPS is a big part of the community. At any rate, I've had far more good experiences with UPS than bad. At one time I paid the $20 or whatever membership rate it was so I could have packages redirected and held at the UPS store.
