Here are the issues as I see them.

 There is Marvel chipping along the right-hand side of the cover and also along the top. There is a tape stain along the top of the cover that also appears on the inside of the front cover. There is a tape stain on the bottom left-hand corner of the inside cover, and it is slightly visible on the front cover. The spine is rough, and there is a ½” split at the top and at the bottom of the spine. There is a ½” tear about ⅔ of the way down on the left-hand side of the back cover, along with a ¼” tear about ⅓ of the way down on the left-hand side of the back cover. There is Marvel chipping along the bottom and the top of the back cover. There is a significant chip, which is still attached, along the bottom of the back cover near the spine. The staples are somewhat loose, but the cover is still attached to both staples. There is a lot of creasing on both the front cover and even more on the back cover. The insides of the book seem and feel dirty. There has been some coloring done on the Carbon-Copy Man on the splash page.

Structurally this book is beat, but the colors still look really good. 2.5

I like 2.0/2.5 too although I'm leaning toward the lower grade.
