Every time I type in the number the square turns red and nothing happens. I would like to know what is going on.

Thank you for reaching out. I was able to enter the card and display the certification details without issue. Can you please double check that you are entering the number accurately without punctuation or spaces, and try again? Also be sure to use the verification page for CGC Trading Cards and not CGC Comics.  Verify Trading Card Certification | Look Up a CGC Certification Number | CGC (cgccards.com).
