Black Opium is one of those iconic, highly sought after titles due to it's drug use story and the incredible cover art by Robert Maguire. $70  Sold to crassus

Nice grab. Harry Schaare is another unsung giant of the paperbacks. That cover art is so slick. The classic "clinch" pose that all the commercial artists back then had to know how to do.

For those unfamiliar, all of the Brandon House books with Fred Fixler covers are highly sought after and exceptionally difficult to find in any condition.  With the exception of this first book, all the rest I'm listing have Fixler covers.Brandon House 728, Steve Marshall, The Three Day Lover, 1965. VG/F. Nice bright copy with full color and gloss, just a little bit of general wear to front and back covers- tough in nice shape! Cover art is not by Fixler, it's someone else, not sure who. $30 Withdrawn
