I think it would get a 6.0 provided that pesky single staple keeps a hold of the CF. Realistically that hold is tenuous and likely to fail when handled so maybe 5.0 is what's in store for this copy sometime in the future.

This is why I am a little nervous to get it pressed. Any bump I might get from the pressing is likely to be negated if the centerfold becomes detached.

Tough call. I confess cowardice and would leave as is. Looks really nice just as it is.
