Spine creases, staple wear and stain on back cover all put it in the 4.0 bracket for me. Presents nice though. I love this cover!

That upper staple rust hurts. 4.0 from me also

Nice looking mid-grade copy. You might squeak out a 5.0 with a REALY good clean and press. For me the biggest issue is going to be the stain on the back cover. CGC is unkind when it comes to staining...
