Getting signatures series signed at private events 0

Hello

First time posting on here. 

I just wanted to make sure that if I sent in a already verified signature series comic to CGC for a private signing that my original signature. Isn't nullified? I know they will have to crack It open for an extra fee but they still will honor my original signature right?

I know it's probably fine but my existential dread gets the better of me

Thank you for reaching out to us. I understand the concern about any risk of losing your Signature Series certification! As long as your Signature Series certified book is submitted in its intact CGC holder, it will retain the Signature Series certification for the previous signing. When the book is submitted to an additional signing event, we will crack out the book and prepare it for the signing (window bag and board) for you for an additional $5.00 crack-out fee.
