Does CGC grade cards from the Tops/LJN Baseball Talk series from 1989? 0

I have a number of seemingly collectible baseball cards from the Baseball Talk series made by LJN and Topps in 1989. Can anyone tell me if CGC grades these cards? They're essentially larger format baseball cards but the back side includes a fixed acetate audio recording that can be played on the Baseball Talk player.
