Currently, CVG doe not offer cleaning of games, and we kindly recommend that this is done before submitting to us. However, we do at times remove security tags and price stickers (mainly if they are preventing encapsulation).We typically recommend the customer remove these so they can confirm the condition of their game prior to sending it in, but you may write on the packing slip if you'd like us to do it for you. Please kindly keep in mind that we will do our absolute best to remove these items from your game if necessary, but because there is an inherent risk in doing so, we would not be liable for any damages that may occur during the process.
