As can be seen in the photos, there is a spine split from the top of the book to the top staple that also includes the inner four wraps. There is staining at the right top and bottom corners that runs through the entirety of the book (all pages affected). There is a large piece of the bottom right corner of the front cover missing. At the same point where that missing piece starts along the right edge, there is a 1/2" tear throughout the entirety of the book, affecting all pages and the back cover but with no other pieces missing. On the plus side, all pages are intact, and both staples are still firmly in place. I would call the pages cream to off-white (not brittle). Thanks for taking a look.
