So, I will chime in here as I had a book go missing and it was a bit of an ordeal. 
First of all, @CGC Mike was a champion, and spearheaded the return back to me in speedy and amazing fashion. 

I cannot speak highly enough of him and how incredible he is. 

I was also worried that my book was gone forever, as it didn’t seem likely that it was going to be recovered, however I have also been told, from outside sources, that CGC has a pretty solid security platform, with security protocols, cameras, and checkpoints. 
 

Needless to say I got my book back, so I do strongly believe that lost books, do find their way back to their owners.

We are working with this person on this issue.  He had started a thread about it already.  I see no reason to have 2 threads.
