Right, but the damage that removing the CT reveals would have to be enough to knock it out of 7.0.  That's a lot of additional color breaks.

The book was graded in 2007.  When they say small amount of color touch, that can be an extensive amount. Very small professional is a higher likely for removal.  It would need to be in the hands of ccs or similar professional to evaluate, but the odds are low a cat scratch removal could drop it to a 4.0-5.0 blue.
