Just looked inside for the first time and saw it was missing the stamp and a red stain on the inside cover. Lesson learned the hard way. Very Small tear on back cover (see picture). I've seen in regularly in books from this era. I will go with a qualified 9.0 b/c of the missing MVS. Everyone has probably been burned by the clipped MVS before. Here's a ?complete? list of MVSs.
