CGC Signature Grading 0

I just picked up a Mandolorian #1 Virgin and Foil signed by Johnny Desjardins from MegaCon Orlando 2023. For some reason these did not come with COA. Can they be submitted for grading to receive a yellow signature label.  I would like to know if that is possible if not what color label would they receive to distinguish that it was signed.
