Clock start ticking when picked up from Post Office? 1 1

When submitting books, does the TAT estimate clock start ticking when you receive the books from USPS or is it the roughly 1 week later when they’re logged into the system?

For instance, my latest submission was picked up from CGC’s PO Box on 4/7/23 according to the tracking info provided by USPS but on the CGC submission tracking page it says “received: 4/14/23”.

Hello, 

Turnaround times are usually based on when the collectibles are received into the system at our facility. So, in the example provided above, it would be the 4/14/23 date. Thank you.
