X-men 12 eBay Fraud? 0

I was just checking prices for X-Men #12 on eBay and saw “THE” Pacific Coast Pedigree 9.8, at least according to the pictures, sold for $2,175.50 by a seller named “mibie78” who has no reviews.  I’ve never reported anyone that I wasn’t directly involved with, but I hate to let it go.  Best way to handle this?

The bottom two pics in the listing are from another book. Obviously this loser grabbed pictures from somewhere.

100% those photos are not all of the same book. Look at how the book is trimmed/stappled in all photos. The full cover shot shows the first bracket around the "THE JUGGERNAUT!" and in the closeup the book is wrapped differently. Same with the photo of the bottom right closeup image. Shenanigans?
