Here are the grader notes...the first one is odd because I bought this book off the rack and never touched the staples...there are some rust spots around the bottom staple, and this may be why they thought the staples were cleaned?

Went to the post office yesterday and picked up the book I took in this thread that @comicnoir was kind enough to donate.   Book was well packaged and arrived safe all the way from Canada.  
 

Just a quick shout out of thanks to @comicnoir for making this available and for sending it out so quickly.
