Some small ticks down the side and a little corner crunch but overall structurally quite solid I think... but the question is what's the deal with the discoloration? I don't think it's sunfade, and I don't think it's foxing .. and what's the impact to grade?   also, FIRE BAD!!!!  I'd love to see this guy sing Christmas carols with Tonto and Tarzan.

That looks like a pretty solid 8.5; don't know if it could quite eke out a 9.0, but with a clean?  It does appear to be pretty intact, structurally, with the biggest concerns likely being the discoloration (sun shadow?) and what looks like it might be the start of staple rust at the centerfold.
