New Items added - Memorial Fundraiser Sale for my Nephew's Family 5 5

My nephew was nine months younger than me and we basically grew up like brothers.  We even shared a bedroom growing up and we both read comics during the early 90s.  He was super into The Punisher because The Punisher dealt with real bad guys and not some super powered guy.  While I was always more into Spider-Man, so it made for some interesting discussions late at night.  He was my first best friend and our family lost him a few days ago in a single car accident.  The roads were wet and it was raining and it's thought that he hydroplaned and lost control of the vehicle and hit a pole.  He left behind his wife and three minor children.  I have started a GoFundMe which will be linked at the bottom, but also wanted to offer a couple of comics for sale here with all funds going to his wife and children as I remember how when I raised money for the victims of the Aurora, Colorado shooting in 2012, and the tornado relief in Oklahoma in 2013, how generous this community was during those difficult times.  My nephew was one of the biggest volunteers in the aftermath of that tornado that I knew.  He volunteered early and kept going out there to help clean up and distribute supplies for weeks afterwards until he was no longer needed.  He felt like it was a calling upon him to do something that was good and helpful.  Now, I too feel the need to do something that's good and helpful and so here I am doing what I know how to do, which is sell collectibles.  

 in the thread wins, but I am open to offers via PM if you think that my price is a bit high.  Any claim in the thread will trump any ongoing private negotiations.  Prices will include shipment and insurance within the US (and likely everywhere else, just let me double check prices) I will not be accepting returns on these items as I stated that the money will not be kept by me, so please be sure that you want the items before you purchase and ask me any questions that you have.  Payment can be made via PayPal goods and services, if you prefer to make your payment to the GoFundMe page directly, please do so, but please do not mention the comic sale on the GoFundMe comments or messages.  Otherwise I will adjust the GoFundMe total using "Offline donation" and make it anonymous if you choose to pay via PayPal.  I will also accept just about any method of payment that the buyer wants to use.  

I will ship any items sold within one week from payment received.  This week is incredibly busy with our family, but I think anything sold in the next couple of days can probably go out by Saturday May 13th.

Estimating 3.5 grade on this first Swamp Thing.  Obvious cover wear some staining evident on interior cover.  Pages appear structurally sound.

There is definitely some wiggle room on price if you want to make an offer.  I know that I priced them aggressively in the top of the range for each book, but I'm just trying to drum up as much as I can for his wife and kids.  However, I'd rather not miss the opportunity to sell if someone likes the books, but one or both is just a little higher than what they're willing to pay.  I'll try to check back on the thread later this afternoon after services have concluded.  Thanks again for looking.

I have just posted this update to the GoFundMe page.  There were some questions that I had been fielding about the specifics of the financial need.  Hopefully this will answer those questions.
