I haven’t graded a book before so not sure what it would get, any help would be appreciated.

It would be quite helpful to have high res photos instead of screen shots, and I can't tell if some of the photos were taken with the book inside the bag. Bags hide a lot. You also need a full shot of the back that's well lit b/c polybag creasing is common in this book. The highlighted damage on that back edge/corner is enough to make for a max 9.0 if one is being optimistic, but we really need better data to make an "accurate" guess
