Help Please - How/Which option to use to correct label on Pokemon TCG Pikachu 1 1

What is the best option to pick for submitting this card for a different/correct label?

Label is "Base Set - Unlimited - 58/102"

Label should be "Base Set - Shadowless - 58/102, Red Cheeks"

 

just want to make sure i have the correct service selected to get it streamlined as best as possible

If the card was received from our facility within the last 14 days, then it would qualify for a complimentary Reholder service; however, if it has been past this timeframe then it would need to be submitted as a paid Reholder. When submitting the card, you would need to hand write on the packing slip that the label will need to be corrected.
