So with only 12 on the census what would a fair market value be on this book? It is the cameo appearance of Agatha Harkness. Can anyone help?

The only data on GPA is a recent sale in February for $660. As reference,  a 9.6 copy sold for $336 in April, no others in 2023 or 2021, just like the 9.8.

I bought mine in 2020 for $700. It probably went up since then and then came back down to around that level.
