Box still not opened after 3 days 1 1

Hi I’ve submitted a few times before and every time my box has been picked up from CGC they almost immediately open it and get the process started.
My current submission box was picked up last Wednesday and up to this moment no movement has been made on it. The tracking shows they have it but I don’t understand why it hasn’t been opened yet.

Have you changed your process on opening boxes?

Hello! Processing of orders generally runs about 10-20 business days from delivery depending on current submission volume. Packages containing Walkthrough, Express, or Standard tier that are clearly marked WK, EX, or ST on the shipping box will be routed for expedited processing.

You will receive an automated email notification to alert you of your new submission once it has been processed. After processing you may begin tracking the progress of your orders online via the Submission Tracking feature.
