How long does it take for a order to be entered into the system for submissions after arriving to the facility? 1 1

I sent two comics and today marks two weeks since theyve arrived or (delivery was completed) and it hasnt appeared under submissions. Whats the general wait time?

Hello! We don't have set wait times as it depends on the number of submissions being received; however, we like to give at least 7 days up to 20 days depending on how busy we are. We do appreciate your patience and understanding as they packages go through the intake process of being sorted and opened for processing.
