Anybody getting CGC books with scuffed up cases? 1 1

Just got a couple of shipments in and just about every book has scuffs with some of them extremely scuffed up. So far plastic polish is getting them out but a one hour scanning session is turning into a three hour session. Below is a back cover of a book and the white diagonal streaks are the scuffs. Case condition-wise, this was the worst shipment I have ever received from CGC and I have been submitting close to two decades.

We really need a third-party case-grading company.

That one looks like about a 4.5.

It's a common CGC MFG defect, though, so still eligible to be in the "NM" range.
