Anyone having problems with CC 'Alternate/Expedited Method' shipping option? 0

I've tried to check out with my CC win on three different computers, three different browsers and at two different locations - all giving me the same 'spinning wheel' graphic when I choose to look at their other shipping options. I have an email into them as well. Wondering if anyone else is having this issue?

 

Update: they responded via email and provided me an invoice, but still curious if anyone else had the same problem?

I had the same experience awhile back and I finally just shrugged and paid for FedEx Ground.  I regret that I wasn't more proactive. Did you end up getting another shipping option? Something less expensive than FedEx?
